the staff is always really friendly and very understanding when i let them know about my celiac. they offer gluten free soy sauce and you can ask for the rolls without the sauces (that may contain gluten). the waitor was very knowledgeable about what on the menu has or might have gluten, and double checked with the chef if she was unsure. they're the best!!!
