Used to eat here all the time with no issues. They no longer have a gf oven. It’s shared with the calzones. I ate there ONCE since learning that and don’t want to go back and get sick. Celiacs with CC issues. Be. Careful.

I’ve tried it twice. Both times I was glutened even though I asked kindly and stated kindly that I cannot have gluten or cross contamination with gluten. The first time when placing my order the person was very nice but I still got very sick eating the gluten free pizza. The second time, they were not so nice. The girl taking my order treated me like I had a growth on my face (her face showed her disgust) and again I expressed kindly my issues and she just rushed me through and of course I got sick when eating a slice of pizza. I went there because of the great reviews and I wanted pizza, safe and delicious pizza. 😭

This is the worst customer service that I have ever received at a restaurant. Steer clear from this location. The servers forgot about my child's drink I had to remind them 4 times to bring his drink. They forgot about my 2nd child's pizza and for my 3rd child, they forgot to add pepperoni to their pizza. In additional, they completely forgot to add my food and expected me to wait 30 minutes for them to cook my meal. At this point, my entire party had already completed eating. There was no compensation and staff did not even seem to care or apologize. Sadly, customer service is gone for this place. Save your money and try other pizza places with better service for a cheaper price.

All pizzas are made on shared surface; they can bake in a separate, regular oven if requested though. The fryer is NOT gluten free as fried foods are shared in it. They do seem to do what they can but there is flour everywhere at the facility and their menu specifically says the kitchen is NOT celiac safe if you read at the bottom. Try at your own risk.

I also found this restaurant through the app while staying at the Greenbrier and I’m so glad I did! The staff was incredibly kind and inviting and the food was amazing! They took extra care to make sure I knew what I could order and I was assured they were careful when preparing my food. Most of the menu is gluten free so I had lots of options! Even the fried shrimp were in a gluten free fryer and breaded with corn starch! Best of all I didn’t get sick! We actually went two nights in a row because the food was so good and a loooooot cheaper than the hotel food lol.

Stopped here on our way home from wv after seeing a review from only a month ago. Called ahead and order a gluten free pizza. When we got there they told us they were remaking it because it was cooked in the regular pizza oven and didn’t want me to get sick. They ended up not charging us for the pizza which was amazing. Loved the charm of the place too. Pizza ended up being amazing and I ate the whole thing in one sitting and felt fine afterwards. Definitely worth a stop for some good pizza and good vibes. Would go back next time we are in town for sure, especially because it’s hard finding safe things in wv.
