Review of Hill Country Barbecue

I'm always happy when I eat here because of the options, but only when my workplace is buying (it's expensive). Like the beef brisket and corn pudding. Miss the german potatoes from my pre-Celiac days. Great overall but my favorite gluten-free BBQ place is Pork Barrel in Alexandria.
