Review of Hill Country Barbecue

Very Celiac friendly! I asked for GF menu and checked it out first! Then asked all the food servers to change gloves. They were all very nice. The beef brisket was yum corn pudding delish, cole slaw the best and collard greens that made a Tennessee girl sing! Always ask questions and be your own advocate!
