Waiters and kitchen staff are very celiac-awareness and took precautions to make sure my food was prepared safely. Hillbrook gets their GF bread from a local bakery and it is sooo good. They’ve also got GF cheesecake on hand. All in great experience and I feel comfortable eating here again.
