Hilton Garden Inn Freeport Downtown

Had a breakfast omelette, bacon, and roasted red potatoes. My server said she would let the chef know to ensure no cross-contamination. Food was very good and very safe. A nice surprise-usually don’t expect to find much GF food at a hotel.

Although nothing is indicated on the menu, they have gluten free bread for toasts and the breakfast potatoes are done in the oven. Server well aware of gluten free and made sure all was correct.
