I had the orange salmon which came with red potatoes (as I also avoid dairy) and they were clearly deep fried. Waitress got a kitchen manager, he went back to check then confirmed - they were cooked in their dedicated fryer. I felt fine afterward so this is a thumbs up. I am not Celiac but extremely gluten sensitive.
