Very delicious. Everything is labeled clearly!

This was the only ice cream place that we could find opened on a Sunday evening. After reading previous reviews, I was prepared to not be able to let my wheat allergic son eat here, especially since shop was very busy and the ice cream flavors were clearly cross contaminated. However, when I got to the counter and mentioned the allergy, the employee offered to get a new container of ice cream in my son’s preferred flavor and a new scooper. The staff was knowledgeable about the particular flavor my son wanted and was able to let us know if did not have wheat. I did not ask for a full list of gluten free flavors. Flavors that are gluten free are not listed on the main menu.

I was really disappointed because when I asked for the gluten free list, the workers (who looked miserable) behind the counter barely even looked for it (I know it existed because I was there 3 nights ago). I asked three different people, each who couldn’t find it and told me “just don’t order anything with cookies”. Needless to say I walked out empty handed. Don’t go here for gluten free, especially if you have Celiac.

I asked if a flavor was gluten free and the employee was able to look at a list and confirm for me it was. It’s nice they have a list handy, but would be better if they were trained to know allergy info already

Had the pumpkin ice cream. Very good and no reaction. Staff was not very knowledgeable when asking questions about the ingredients.

While they have a good option of gluten free ice cream, it’s all homemade on the same machine as ice cream with gluten in it. My son has Celiac and nut allergy so we didn’t risk it. It sure looked good and the employees were willing to clean the scooper and do whatever they needed to. Just wasn’t sure with possible cross contamination.

I have a son with celiacs had to ask them to clean scoop. Then the person serving us after stating he was celiac and was allergic to wheat asked if we wanted a cone. I would say not a safe environment for a person with celiacs.
No
Can’t say YUM enough!! Staff knew which flavor were gluten free when asked. Went back twice.
The girl behind the counter immediately brought a clean scoop when I explained my need to be careful about cross contamination. Good experience!
Yes
Amazing ice cream! Most flavors are gluten free except ones with obvious gluten ingredients like cookies.
