I stayed at the Hilton for 10 days and I had breakfast there every day. Several of their breakfast options were available with gluten-free bread, like avocado toast, omelet, scrambled eggs and the salmon bagel (with normal gf toast instead of bagel bun). They were delicious! They do not have a dedicated gf fryer, so they will offer to substitute their breakfast potatoes with a bowl of fruit. The staff seemed knowledgeable and attentive, but be sure to double-check your orders during rush hour, as it can get a bit chaotic. I also had dinner there a couple of times, and was a bit disappointed. The food was good, but the options were very limited. Had the salmon with grilled vegetables once, and the lettuce-wrapped beyond burger.
