Review of Hilton Waikoloa Village

This is a review for the Hilton's Luau. Best Luau we have seen on all the islands. As a bonus, when we booked the tickets, we put the dietary preference that we were celiac. Then at the Luau, we told the waiter and they brought a full specially prepared plate of GF entrees and desserts to the table for us. SO AWESOME.
