Himalayan Indian Cuisine

I was very nervous about eating at a non dedicated gluten free restaurant, however the staff was lovely and very reassuring. The food was delicious. I wish I could give them 5 stars. Unfortunately, I was glutened and was sick for a week. I know the staff tried their best to make it safe but I would not eat here as a celiac.

I was surprised to find such delicious Nepalese food in WY. They have the best Masala Tea! Staff were knowledgeable about gluten, pointed out everything on the buffet that was safe. I ordered Rogan Josh off the menu because it’s one of my favorite dishes. Very tasty and no gluten reaction.

This was a fun restaurant. they know their menu and made my food safely, and they have homemade pistachio and mango ice cream!
