This is my favorite place for lunch. I don’t even test anymore with my anima, because they’ve been very consistent! I always get the fried rice.

First time having sushi since getting diagnosed with celiac. They had tons of options, server was extremely knowledgeable, brought out separate plating and more! No reaction. I tried a few rolls and an entree. Gluten free options are clearly marked on the menu. I will be going back.

This was a fave before diagnosis, and I was thrilled to find out they speak the lingo and are careful! They offer gf versions of many dishes - both kitchen and sushi - and have gf soy sauce available.

They have stars next to anything that’s gluten free and give you your own gluten free soy sauce. Almost the entire menu has a gluten free option.

Today I went for lunch and ordered Chicken and broccoli. Mt NIMA ended up testing positive for gluten so I sent it back. they were super nice about remaking my food, but I didn't have a second capsule so I wouldn't eat it, so I got my second meal to go... they didn't even comp my meal, which I found odd.... Left very hungry! :(
