I went in on their soft opening day and explained that I had celiac disease and what I could not eat. They did their very best to accommodate, were super nice, and the food was good. It has been 24 hrs since I ate there and so far so good! Not glutened at all. You definitely have to mention you cannot have gluten and what you cannot have i.e. no sauce, nothing battered, no imitation crab, request clean utensils used and clean gloves. Overall a great first experience!
