called ahead and asked if they could accommodate celiac and cross contamination, they said yes. upon arrival I spoke with the hostess to find the procedure they use to ensure no cc. she told me they have an entirely differnet prep station. I went to town and ordered 4 rolls, two which had crab listed as an ingredient. I asked if they sub out the imitation crab meat, and she said yes. when the food arrived two of the 4 had the imitation crab meat. I spoke to the manager and after a scary conversation he assured me he would get it taken care of. I watched him prep, pulling only new items onto a clean Station. I did not end up getting sick but it was very stressful. it was nice of him to accommodate too
Only place I feel safe eating sushi in Reno. They always prepare my food separately and do not use any gluten containing sauces on my sushi. They have GF soy sauce too.
