They have a separate gluten free section which made me feel better than at many other Japanese restaurants. They seemed to understand the restrictions and told me I couldn’t have the wasabi which had gluten. The gluten free section isn’t huge but had enough rolls to choose from for me. Also nigiri and sashimi choices served without wasabi.
The food was good for the price and well worth it for piece of mind and not having to go to the strip and pay a lot of money. This will be our neighborhood sushi place for sure.
