We LOVE hitoe! They are very aware of gluten and have GF soy. They are super friendly and the food is really fresh. The Kyoto roll is gorgeously presented and is delicious. We also love the salmon buri.

Awesome sushi spot with gluten free ramen that uses gf ramen noodles and not rice noodles.

My partner is celiac and this is our go to sushi spot. Never gotten sick after eating here and they are extremely accommodating.

I eat here probably once every week or two through delivery. As I’ve never been in person I am not 100% sure on what precautions they take. But, I’ve never had an issue. They label well and seem to be extremely allergen aware. I’ve never gotten sick, and they’re my go to sushi place here!
