Every time we're here each different server is excellent about the GF precautions. Even to the point that they bring us separately wrapped forks because there was cornbread mix on a shelf above the pre-wraped ones. We've eaten here many occasions with zero gluten issues, and bonus, the food is amazing and staff wonderful!

Their burnt ends are pretty good. I haven't dared any of their sides, but their brisket hasn't gotten me sick and they said is prepared away from their sides.
