I’ve eaten at Hogs and Hops multiple times and have never had symptoms from cross contamination. They’re super friendly and take cross contamination seriously! They have a separate area in the kitchen to prepare anything GF and many options! The brisket and pulled pork are phenomenal and they can make a baked potato or nachos with them
