Menu does not mark gluten free items, server didn’t know what celiac or gluten was (only recognized wheat/flour) and was not interested in confirming ingredients or advising kitchen on allergen. Menu itself seems to be largely gluten free aside from the burritos, the food was good, and I don’t seem to have been glutened as of now (only reason it is not a one star) but I can’t recommend it as safe for people with celiac, and I would not return; seems like a major dice roll.

Tacos inside the Generator hotel. Great vibe and tasty tacos on house made corn tortillas. The chips are not GF, but most other stuff is. Great mezcal margaritas.
