I've been in town for a couple weeks and have eaten here multiple times. Like at least 4-5 times. "Gluten free" seems to now be a part of the language for the staff here and they seem equipped to make modifications to any bowl to make it GF. I never got sick once.
Fresh bowls with seafood, rice and a variety of toppings.
Staff was not the most informed about celiac disease but were able to revise the poke bowls to take out gluten containing items such as tempura and soy sauce (salmon has soy sauce marinade fyi).
Had no reaction and the food was great!
