Hokkai Sushi

They do not seem to really know what gluten-free means. Ordered a spicy salmon roll and asked to be sure it was gluten-free. They said yes, but when it came out clearly had bits of tempura crunchy bits inside. They did remake if for me without those, but seemed confused why the tempura meant it wasn’t gluten free. If you do eat here, be super vigilant about what they serve you.

Excellent sushi! GF soy sauce. Japanese fried rice can be made GF.
