They have no knowledge and they do have a book to look through of what not to eat. It would be helpful if there was a list of what would be edible.

Amazing BBQ. Waitstaff are very knowledgeable about what's GF and have a booklet available to check every item. All the meats are GF and one of the BBQ sauces as well. Highly recommend!
