Holiday Inn Express & Suites Emporia, an IHG Hotel

Ok so this is not a restaurant but when traveling, it can be difficult to find a hotel that has gluten free options available the next morning. The free breakfast had omelets, turkey sausage, pork sausage, yogurt, fruit, Udi’s bagels, and Udi’s bread. Many times the only thing my young daughter can eat is the fruit. She ate the cheese omelet and the sausage and did not get sick. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if your gf and looking for a quick breakfast.
