Holiday Inn Lancaster, an IHG Hotel

We stayed at the Holiday Inn - the breakfast menu shows all allergens as does the self service buffet. The only thing on the hot options with gluten was the black pudding and this was clearly marked. Staff aware and helpful. Separate tongs available for every item. There was gluten free bread available in a separate area. We have also eaten in the evening here - gluten free options clearly marked and easy to filter on the tablet (for ordering).
