We stopped in a weekday morning after my son had a procedure at Mayo and had requested that the kitchen use new gloves as he has celiacs. The kitchen staff was great, everyone changed their gloves and the cook came out to discuss safety procedures with us. Ordered him an omelet and breakfast potatoes. The potatoes came out and were fried in a fryer, I didn’t even think to ask how they were cooked- my error. Our waitress immediately grabbed us fresh fruit and the cook came out and told us they usually leave one fryer for potatoes but it’s hard to know if everyone practices the same cooking. They were great, we should’ve asked before ordering. Needless to say, my son had no reactions to the few bites of potatoes he ate and loved his omelet. Very appreciative of the staff and the measures they took.
