Server was very knowledgeable about which items are or could be made gluten free. Separate GF cooking top to prevent cross contamination. The egg scramble with ham was good, but a little bland. Would go again and try something different.

We were passing through Knoxville on I-40 and found this place on FindMe GF app. Food was delicious, portion size was big, and had no gluten issues. They even made me gluten free french toast. Service and safety was outstanding.

Stopped in to have brunch after a doctors appointment on a Wednesday. I asked for a gf menu and was told nothing is marked but that there is bread and a lot can be made gf. I ordered an omelet with a side of bacon and coffee, my daughter got the basic 2 eggs, sausage, with toast and a side of fruit plus juice. I was a bit surprised to see it came out to $35. It was good though and the portions were generous. Service was good and we didn’t get sick! We will definitely go back.

Amazing service! They were super knowledgeable about allergies/celiac. I got the French toast with strawberries, chocolate chips, and whipped cream. It was amazing. They dipped the French toast in separate batter so no cross contamination and changed their gloves/had precautions without me having to ask. Would definitely be coming here again if we we were from here!

Best rates I’ve ever tasted. Had to toad in the hole with GF bread. Smaller eggs than I expected but still tasty. I told him my allergy, very knowledgeable. This is go to place when I stop in Knoxville.

This is one of our go-to places for breakfast. My husband and I are both gluten intolerant and have never had any issues. French toast can be done with their gluten free bread- so good! Omelets, the Chipotle Bowl, Road in the Hole with gluten free bread. Great variety.

I didn’t ask about their protocols, as I’m intolerant, not celiac. But I had no issues after eating there.

The are open for breakfast and lunch. Gluten free options include omelets, eggs, bacon, grits, and any lunch sandwich can be made gluten free if you ask for gluten free bread. I had the Rueben and grits and they were amazing.

They do have a patio, and I believe it is dog-friendly.
