I had the daily fresh catch, which was either ahi or mahi. I had the mahi with Cajun seasoning. It was very good as were the vegetables that came with it. Nice big outdoor dining area next to their large pool.

Very good breakfast, lunch and dinner. No problems. Arugala and Kale salad recommended. Avocado Toast with GF bread and poached eggs was excellent.

We stayed at Koloa landing so we ate a few times here. They noted a gluten allergy eat time and I never got sick. The dinner was so-so in terms of taste but I enjoyed their breakfast more, even though the potato side dish was lack luster. Certainly a safe spot albeit pricey and not the most variety of options.

Staff was very knowledgeable about celiac and cross-contamination. They can make a kids grilled cheese and avocado toast with GF bread. Fries contain a gluten coating and tortilla chips are made in the same fryer so the nachos aren’t GF. Great GF bun on the burger.

We called to place an order since the online ordering system didn’t list gluten free substitutions even though they are an option on the menu. The side salad and fruit are the only gluten free side’s available. That being said, the pulled pork sandwich was pretty decent. The BBQ sauce was delicious.

Amazing quality of food (and relatively well priced for a resort in Hawaii). Most of the menu could be made GF and the staff was extremely knowledgeable about cross contact.
We had dinner and lunch here - highlights were the GF Poke Bowl, shrimp wedge salad and ahi tacos 🤤. They even have a separate toaster for GF bread so I felt confident in their protocol and never got sick

The fresh catch of the day was good but overpriced, and everyone else’s meal was lackluster. Also, some of the items labeled as GF are not celiac safe, so be sure to clarify. The kids meal tasted like it was from a frozen bag of chicken, and the spinach artichoke& crab dip was made with canned crab and extremely salty.

Went last week and had a side salad and the poke bowl with no soy sauce. They had tamari and brought it and sriracha on the side.
Great service to hang out at the bar and watch sports on the bar tv. You can also get a table for a full dinner.
Also ate here in 2021 and had a burger with gf bun cooked on foil to keep it away from any contact with the grill.
Lots of things marked on the menu GF aren’t celiac safe, so read and order carefully. Servers are helpful asking questions if the chef to keep things safe.

Literally the best Koloa pork hash. So many fresh plants and veggies. We ate here every morning and they were beyond knowledgeable and careful with my food.

Had a great experience at this restaurant which was really nice as we slotted in a reservation at the last minute--for 10 people no less! They do a lot of quick service for guests at the resort but we were staying nearby so we wanted to eat in. Outdoor casual seating and good service and the food was good too. We almost all had the poke bowls as that's what we felt like and we were very happy. Poke should be a safe option but with my son's other allergies in addition to wheat it's always nice to find a place that does it well and safely.

This is a pool bar/restaurant that’s part of a hotel. It was a little difficult to find but they do have parking designated for restaurant guests. We got the burgers with gluten free buns and fresh fruit and it was delicious. No one got sick.

This place kind of looks like a pool bar, so I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Nearly everything on the menu either is or can be made GF. Food was very well executed, everything was delicious. Service on point. It’s not that easy to find good GF options on the island so I will definitely be back.

Staff is very knowledgeable and all are trained on what celiac is, to the point of you being able to just say celiac and they know immediately what it is. The menu for gf is a little small in my opinion, but what they do offer gluten free, is done safely and is delicious. I had the fresh fish which was swordfish for dinner twice with the lilikoi dipping sauce (doesn’t come w it you have to ask) and it was delicious. I also had the gf avocado toast once and smoothies a bunch, all delicious and safe as well. Great spot for gf and non gf eaters and a huge bonus if you’re staying at the Sheraton or Koloa landing bc it’s literally right there. Safe food within reach is a huge bonus for me

This place was great! I ordered a burger here and didn’t feel sick at all. Our waiter was great and very willing to accommodate, and had knowledge about Celiac disease as well. Great food, had something for everyone in my family! The bun on the burger was pretty standard for a gluten free bun, but i was glad they had GF buns at all.

The Wagyu burger was amazing! They didn’t have GF buns when I went but put it on GF bread and I still really enjoyed it. When I mentioned I’m allergic to gluten the waitress went back to the kitchen and asked a bunch of questions. She came back fully prepared with lots of information for me. Overall a great experience, we will likely be back before we leave the island. Only complaint was slow service and frequently empty waters.

Nothing on the menu is marked GF but there are options, just not much. There is a gluten free bun available that is not advertised on the menu. There is NOT a separate fryer, so the fries are no good. Had the burger with a side salad- the bun was good and the burger tasted great.

I have eaten here twice with no problems. Told them I'm celiac and this is a gluten allergy (since people only understand allergies). I asked follow up questions about ingredients in sauces and requested they use a dedicated kitchen space and clean utensils and pans). Had rib eye and stir fry (without soy sauce).

Options are very limited but I had the same breakfast (cage free eggs, bacon, smashed potatoes, and fruit instead of toast) 3 days in a row and didn’t get sick! Staff was very friendly and marked my order as an “allergy”.

Staff were very accommodating and checked with the chefs about the menu items I ordered to be sure they did not contain gluten. They use a shared fryer, so avoid the chips and fries. I had a grilled fish sandwich without the bun for lunch one day and the fruit salad and fish tacos another. Food was pretty good even though the options are somewhat limited.
