Great option for GF fish & Chips - Separate fryer for the GF fish+chips - cooked in vegi fat not beef fat - when my fish was in the ‘warming’ area they put it on a separate plate and didn’t use the contaminated tongs to handle it - Wrapped my order up separately to prevent cross contamination. - overall, felt safe as a coeliac 😁
