We wanted to try the location in Pembroke Pines but my son has celiac. We were excited to see that they offer several GF options including brisket and ribs. When we arrived at the restaurant the worker told us that the brisket and ribs were not gluten free even though the online menu clearly indicates that both are. One of the workers told us they were not in charge of the website so they don’t know why it’s wrong.
They did not seem knowledgeable at all about GF preparation nor really willing to help us find something we could eat. We left. We didn’t feel safe eating at Holy Hog.
I contacted them directly and they assured me the two items we inquired about were GF and the workers would be retrained. Rating two stars instead of one because at least they’re attempting to rectify the situation.

I went to the Pembroke Pines location and I am very sensitive. The chicken and French fries were delicious and didn't bother me at all.
