Holy Land MSP Airport

I never write reviews in FMGF that do not relate directly to ability to safely accommodate GF but I am making an exception. I just ordered from this MSP location and it was a dreadful experience. The cashier was a bully to each and every customer saying “I don’t eat this food”, “I don’t do math; you’ll have to figure it out”, and arguing with a customer whose order was incorrect. This was not even a busy time. I had to ask for my order who was sitting ready in the kitchen. The cashier opened my salad with bare hands to put dressing in and then grabbed silverware with bare hands and handed the whole thing to me with not a bag (a request for a bag was met with a bag thrusted at me). Based on these experiences, I would never trust my celiac family members health to this restaurant. I ended up throwing my food away because I felt contaminated by just awful service.

GF Mediterranean “food truck” -Has a small number of GF food: beef and chicken shawarma, dolmas and hummus. Ask for items without bread. Slow but steady service.
