The server was extremely knowledgeable (has many family members who are celiac). They flagged my order and changed the pans and used clean gloves to make my food. Many gf options. Frier is shared so would steae clear of anything fried. Poncho's breakfast bowl was naturally gluten free. The server even made some gluten free treats that I could take home for dessert.
