Gluten free fryer, incredibly friendly owners who provided separate GF menu. Fries were great! My two kids and I have celiac and ate fried food and pasta there, we all felt fine. No gluten symptoms at all. Kids menu has GF options (pasta, chicken tenders, burger, grilled cheese).
