Very nice people who absolutely understand celiac disease, are sourcing good quality gluten-free ingredients and have set up their kitchen to accommodate people with celiac. Not my usual food, but I thoroughly enjoyed my first grilled cheese sandwich in years, and the celiac safe fries were absolutely delicious.
