Several items are marked on the menu as gluten free. When I ordered one, I told the server I had celiac disease and she said she'll walk the order back and make sure the kitchen staff knew to change gloves. When she came back, she said we were the first order of the day so no bags of flour had been opened, nothing cooked yet, etc. so I felt very safe eating here. Food is delicious and I didn't get sick afterwards 👌
