Love it here. We only come to Wichita about once a year but this is our go to breakfast place since finding them. Our waitress was knowledge and helpful. Pancakes can be made gf but are cooked on the same griddle as gluten pancakes. Not a big deal for my gluten sensitive daughter. I have a wheat allergy that causes sneezing and itching if ingested. Baked oatmeal was great and I was fine all day!

My two favorite go-to's here: the Cuban sandwich on GF toast, and the Benedict that has turkey & avocado. I just order it with no bread, and use the rosemary breakfast potatoes to soak up the yummy sauce!

The waitress said that they cook the gluten-free pancakes on the same griddle as the regular ones, and they toast the gluten-free bread with the regular bread, so there is cross contamination. I ordered the Ironman scramble and they allowed me to sub the English muffin for fruit.

They say the gf pancakes actually taste good and they are not joking - so good!!! The bacon is locally sourced and is THICK - yummmm!

Great experience for me here, too! The pancakes were delicious. I have Celiac and did not have any problems.

although they had a few gluten free options, i was told not to get any because the food is made around wheat

This was a great experience for me! I am Gluten free and lactose free and I was able to get the GF pancakes and the Omelet and was perfectly fine. You do need to check in with Yelp because of the wait but it was great!
