The manager was so great. He explained all the options and that they wipe down the grill if you are flagged as gluten allergy. He understood celiac and said they the brisket had beer and avoid that. He was very helpful.

Not everyone is super Celiac knowledgeable. Took a few visits before someone shared the brisket is marinated in beer.

They will put down foil and prevent cross contamination if you ask and flag celiac/allergy.

The chicken and breakfast tacos are safe if you do this.

Great experience with the team. Extra special care was given with my daughter having Celiac. Manager came over and shared with us exactly how food was being prepared and the precautions that were being taken. Felt extremely comfortable eating here.
