Honest Burgers by the London Eye was a huge fit for our large group with Celiac and non-Celiac diners. Our kids (ages 12 & 15) ate safely here and our daughter is especially sensitive to any bit of cross contamination. The manager (and menu) both state a legal disclaimer that there is gluten in the restaurant and they can it guarantee 100% gluten free. Knock on wood, the manager said that he’s never had a safety incident here. Everything at this restaurant is gluten-free except for the gluten buns and so that’s why they legally need to disclose the possibility of cross-contamination. Of course, they offer GF hamburger buns. My daughter was extremely nervous to eat but after reading so many positives online reviews and speaking with the manager… She did eat her burger and fries. And boy, was the food delicious and my daughter ate safely without any incident! They were extremely careful here and everyone loved their food. The burgers were delicious, fries and onion rings too. All gluten-free! Great customer service and we would highly recommend!

I have celiac disease and am GF because I have to be. The burgers are GF and their GF bun is good. So are the chips (fries in USA). I ate everything without any issue and am highly reactive to gluten and cross contamination.

Great place. All the chips and burgers are very tasty and all are GF (provided you order the GF bun). Like most places, they don’t guarantee no cross contamination because they handle gluten products in their kitchen, but we have never had a problem.

Great location close to the London Eye. My GF daughter loved their burgers and having GF fries was a treat for her. Best burger and fries in London, according to her. Nice atmosphere and excellent customer service.

My gluten free onion ring dreams are 100% fulfilled after a visit to Honest Burger. And the burger I got, with GF bun, was fantastic. ALL food is GF except their ordinary hamburger buns and beer. But they have GF buns and GF beer too. ALL sides and all burger options are GF. Honest Burger is a gem! P.S. waitress told me the founders are Coeliac, which explains a lot!

The place is amazing!! Everything is gluten free and delicious!! The staff is knowledgeable and incredibly helpful of the Celiac Community! The burger did not fall apart while eating and I was able to also have bbq chicken tenders, fries, onion rings!
