Just tell them that you have to eat GF,and ask about each part of the meal you are interested in. Obviously, you can't eat eggrolls, noodles, wonton soup, or any sauce with soy. I ask for white sauce, white rice, egg drop soup, and an unbreaded entree. You can take your own soy sauce if you want. They seem pretty accommodating.
