80% of the menu is gluten free or can be made gluten free. It is not labeled on the menu, but the server was very knowledgeable. Basically everything except for dumplings, noodles, etc. For cross contamination they clean the wok and use clean cooking utensils and tongs for each dish. The food was absolutely incredible! We shared the snow pea chicken, Mongolian beef, and a fish dish. All were fantastic. The best Chinese food we have ever had - everyone agreed, both the gluten free and non-gluten free people. Also, if they have to modify to make a dish to make it gluten free, it is an extra $2. Highly recommended and can’t wait to go back!
