Food was excellent. I called to ask about the preparation of spring rolls. They said they were naturally gluten free - but when I asked about the fryer, it was shared with non-gf food. I explained that they are not fully gluten free then. I ordered fire cracker beef and should have asked more about the rice in the dish. I’m guessing that was cross contaminated. Ended up sick, but not horribly. Might try it again, but will call and ask even more questions.
