Honmachi Sushi & Teppanyaki Stone Oak Location

Server was uninterested (borderline annoyed) when I brought up my gluten free needs. When asked if items such as their soup or salad had gluten the server did not know and did not attempt to get that info. Just removed the items from the table without offering a substitution.
