Upside: Burgers were fantastic, juicy, delicious. Downside: employees had no knowledge of what gluten was, had no access to ingredient lists to find out if any of the sauces had gluten, were unsure if mayo was safe. Pretty sure everything made on same griddle as gluten-containing items on grill. Great choice if you are GF by choice/not sensitive. Dice roll for Celiac. Again, really super yummy burgers — at your own risk!
