Personally I would love to give Hooters no less than 4 star for wings & hot sauce but this app is for GF foods. My husband is Celiac. He was not happy with my choice to eat here. Server was very good but not knowledgeable about GF. (Which really surprises me with such a popular chain) but she did give us Hooters GF menu.My carnivor eating husband left cranky and hungry. He had gotten 1/2lb steamed shrimp. Said ours tasted better at home cooking from raw frozen and would not have cost half as much. Please note on Hooters GF menu neither ketchup or cocktail sauce is listed for shrimp dip. Hooters is basically a GF coleslaw or salad with 2 choice dressings and unless you want to break the bank for a small appetizer and eat somewhere else, I wouldn't suggest it.

Got the help of the amazing manager to see if he could come up with a GF wings option, which I was craving for. He got all the boxes out of the kitchen, I was able to read all ingredients (medium sauce and spices are ok). He said to order smoked wings, cause they are baked in the oven, and to ask to mix in a new clean bowl for the spices. Can’t wait to try them!!

Asked for gluten free options. They gave us a salad option. Thought we'd try it. Got the cesar with grilled chicken, with no croutons. The waitress seemed pretty sure and reassuring that it would be fine. I was pretty disapointed when I saw croutons on the salad for my celiac daughter. Would not recommend.

Had the wings cooked in the oven. Non-gluten and it was good. Also had bacon burger with no roll and come slaw. Waitress was great and took my concerns very seriously. Felt comfortable eating here and didn’t get sick after. Only a few options-baked wings. Seafood and salads.

They have no gf options. No gf buns and staff has no knowledge of Celiac or GF options at all. DO NOT recommend at all.
