We were told that there was a dedicated fryer, but both Celiacs in the group got sick shortly after eating. Gluten intolerant people were ok, so probably either a fryer issue or CC. The person taking our order went to ask the kitchen several times during our order when asked if the item could be made gluten free, so there's also that. This is the 3rd Hopdoddy's we've had issues with, so probably won't risk it anymore.
