It’s a brewery. They do not do gluten reduced or gluten free beer, but they have up to 3 hard seltzers on tap that are quite nice.

They also have food trucks. Two of the trucks I can recommend for gluten free options-

The pupusa vendor. I don’t know their name.They only have papusas, and it’s gluten free. They are also really good. You can get full size Papusas, or get a plate of 4 small ones. They are at the brewery on a regular basis.

Metal Kitchen. They do hamburgers. The owner was interested in what celiacs can and cannot eat. They can do your burger on a frying pan, as they toast the buns on griddle, and do a lettuce wrap. A few of their sauces, such as beer cheese, have gluten, but the others are ok. They make all their sauces so they can tell you what is in them. You can customize whatever they have on yr burger, so you can avoid gluten. And their fryer is just potatoes. Their home made potato chips, order those w a gluten free sauce.
