I had a talk with the bartender, our server and the manager. Anything from the deep fryer is off limits but they have a grill. I asked them to change gloves when handling my food. I had grilled salmon (yummy) grilled asparagus and a Caesar salad no croutons. I so enjoyed a wine slushie, peach since we are in Georgia. Also offered were ribeye steak, shrimp, chicken or pork chops. One of my party said the steak was terrific. Only the bartender was familiar with gluten free but the staff was willing and able to help me stay safe.
