Review of Hot Mama's Wings

This is my go-to place when I want something fried, or a good salad. Everyone in my family loves it, Celiac or not.

I asked them about the rumor that they fry Twinkies in their frier ( fried twinkies are not on the menu) and they said it is FALSE. They do not fry any gluten containing foods in their kitchen. They do in their food truck, however, so that is good to be aware of but they were very forthcoming about that.

You can get fried snickers and fries pickles and deep fried bacon but not twinkies or nutterbutters or anything fried with gluten.
