Hot Pot Buffet

All of the hot pot broth is gluten free. The standard sauce provided is not, but they were able to substitute with gluten free soy sauce. Ingredients like the meat and veggies are naturally gluten free so I just stuck to those. They did not separate gluten containing food from gluten free food, but I didn't request it.
