Do not eat here if you are sensitive to gluten. Ordered the gluten free pancakes and clarified It was a celiac allergy after eating I became extremely ill. I don’t think they were gluten free pancakes

The only things on the gluten free menu were pancakes and waffles. I asked if I could get omelette and the server just shook her head. The pancakes tasted terrible too. Won’t go back.

I love Hot Stacks! I am a current resident in Myrtle Beach and this is by far my favorite breakfast place. Super friendly employees, fast service, amazing coffee, and lots of gluten free options. The gluten free pancakes are my favorite!

Our waitress informed us that 2 weeks prior the kitchen removed it’s designated gf griddle. However, the kitchen made our gf pancakes on the area of the griddle that only is used for eggs and meats. The pancakes were tasty and they tried to be very safe.

Great place, had the opportunity to try the pumpkin spice coffee and it’s delicious! We went 2 days in a row, on the first day I had gluten free pancakes and French toast on the second day! Food was delicious and I didn’t get sick at all 😀 I’ll go back for sure!

Great place and atmosphere! I am incredibly sensitive to gluten and the staff is very knowledgeable. Staff informed me that if you are very sensitive to gluten that you should stay away from the hash browns and breakfast meats as they share the same kitchen surface as the gluten sandwiches. I got the gluten free pancakes and the staff made sure to tell the cooks to make the gf pancakes on the same griddle as the eggs since the eggs do not share the space with any other food. The gf pancakes and eggs were SO GOOD. The staff made me feel so comfortable to eat here and I would 100% come here again. Stop by if you are down here! :)

My daughter has celiac and it's typically hard to find somewhere to eat. Every year while at the beach we eat here every morning. She just had GF waffles yesterday The staff is great and so is the food!! Definitely recommend 👍

Finally had a great breakfast without worry! Pancakes were good and could pass as regular. Waitress was so helpful and knowledgeable. I am super sensitive and did not feel sick after! Will go back often!

If you are celiac and are in the North Myrtle Beach area you need to eat here as many times as possible! Gluten free pancakes that are prepared separately and have all the good mixin options like fruit and pecans. DELICIOUS and VERY knowledgeable staff.

The food was good. I had the pancakes and did not have a reaction. I would not recommend to anyone that is highly sensitive to gluten due to cross contamination. The pancakes are listed as "gluten free diet pancakes" due to the possibility of cross contamination.

I ate here yesterday morning and was not disappointed! The gluten free pancakes are awesome! I even had banana on top of them and did not have a reaction! The server even brought me a new container of syrup. I’m definitely going back really soon!

The waitress we had was excellent in answering my questions about how things were cooked. When she did not know the answer, she asked the kitchen staff for me. The food was excellent and I would definitely go back!

Excellent choice for breakfast. Lots of seating so we didn't have to wait. Gluten free items are clearing listed on the menu. They even have a couple of Paleo options. Gluten free pancakes were great and the service was excellent and knowledgeable of gluten allergies.

I had their gluten free pancakes for breakfast and it was very good! They said the original syrup is okay. The pancakes really fluffy and delishhhh! Our waitress was very helpful and she said they have a separate cooking area for making all the gluten free food!

I really wanted to like this place. The idea of gf pancakes at a restaurant is a big deal for someone w/celiac. Unfortunately we arrived when so many others did. It was too busy to get a fair rating for gf. The server we had was new also. Our food did not arrive at our table exactly as ordered. I imagine or hope that it would be a different experience if not so busy. So my recommendation is try it out when it's not busy, be specific when ordering and make sure all is as ordered when it arrives. There menu does indicate not recommended for people w/celiac.

I have never eaten so much -especially being GF. All the food looks amazing - great combos - loved their Acapulco omelette but we all got different items and had to sample each other's dishes - everything was so delicious. Thanks to our waitress Gypsie who was a delight!

Would give it more stars if I could! The gluten free French toast was DIVINE! Our waitress asked questions about subjects she was unsure of and I had absolutely NO problem with the food. Will go back and will highly recommend this restaurant to celiacs.

This place has "We Have A GF Menu" on their sign, yet has a "menu" of three items. Not only that, but they offer no substitutions on their meals. I wasn't even allowed to substitute the pancakes for fruit or potatoes without an up charge of $1-2. The staff wasn't accommodating. If you don't have options, don't advertise.

the food I had was good. no complaints there. they had french toast, muffins and pancakrs. the waitress did not speak good English so I was worried my food was not gluten free. she did double check for me. if she could understand me better and I knew i was safe I would have rated higher.

I had a very pleasant experience here. I was skeptical after reading prior reviews. We went around 8:30am on a Tuesday. It was not busy so the waitress was very patient with me. She informed me there is a separate grill and utensils for gf items. I ordered the gluten free pancakes(they have gf French toast too). The menu lists what types of substitute flours they use for each item. The pancakes tasted just like normal ones! I had no pain after this meal. I highly recommend this place for celiacs!

Their sign advertises GF menu. It was misleading and disappointing. The menu consisted of 3 or 4 items which were Rice Chex cereal, pancakes, and a muffin. The staff was not very educated on allergies or gluten intolerance. Pancakes were good but pricey and they did not come with any sides. Overall, I was disappointed.
