Staff was amazing. And HONEST! They told us their procedure but it is a open bar with topping so cross contamination. My daughter was not comfortable so us non celiacs are there but she went next door to Chipotle. Everyone was happy.

Very helpful staff. Lots of options to eat. Not 100% dedicated facility so cross contamination possible but staff seems very well trained. Sandwiches wrapped in foil to prevent contamination.

I can confirm they have GF bread, most ingredients are inherently GF, they change their gloves for food allergies/Celiac and they foil the sandwich before putting it in the panini press. Super yummy also!

They have GF bread only in for small sandwich. They wrap it in aluminum foil and press the sandwich. They changed their gloves and washed the knife. Bread was decent little dry like all gf breads but did not break apart.

Delicious gluten free panini sandwiches! Gluten allergies are taken seriously here, no cross contamination.

The people there are amazing about GF I was so impressed. I specified that I had a gluten allergy and the employee changed gloves, fouled the GF sandwhich before going into the press and cut it using a disposable knife. I feel great and the food was awesome. Will be returning:)
